We staged and consulted on quite a number of properties in January. So far, eleven of them went on the market. Nine are already under contract, with an average selling time of 7 days! We are thrilled for the homeowners and realtors!!

The 3 vacant properties we have staged in the last couple of weeks are all under contract! What a great start for the new year!!

This property was not getting offers because buyers believed the secondary bedrooms were too small. The fact is, empty rooms appear smaller. We staged the two bedrooms and it sold in less than 10 days!

I absolutely love helping others with their homes. Because I spend so much time doing that, it takes me forever to complete a room in my own home. After a year, my living room is ALMOST finished, so I thought I would share it with you.

The property in this photo was staged on a budget. It is not necessary to fill rooms up with furniture. We were able to stage this formal living room with just one chair and a bookcase. This property sold in a week! MLS photos of vacant rooms do not draw the attention of buyers. Staged homes get more showings, sell more quickly and for more money.
