Out with the old and well worn out wooden steps and walkway. And in with the new. We installed these awesome natural stone steps and huge stone slabs to create this beautiful new space.

We removed a failing wooden wall. We constructed a curved segmental wall using Diamond pro PS blocks and caps. Tied in the upper downspouts. Imported fill material to direct water away from the home. We extended the curb to direct water towards the yard inlet to stop the erosion of the hillside.

We extended the upper wall and added the lower wall. Redirected the runoff water away from the units.

Proper Drainage is one of the best improvements. We added a custom drainage system to capture the runoff water and downspouts.

We wrapped up this project just in time for the holidays. The transformation is incredible. The clients had the front walkway removed and the project stalled. The area sat for several years. We came in and created the space that they had been wanting. The clients put in lots of hard work and personal touches to complete the transformation. Welcome home.

Cheers to the start of 2026. Thank you for making 2025 another great year! Enjoy every moment, time is so very precious. Once it’s gone it’s gone.
We removed a failing wooden wall and replaced it with this segmental block wall. We tied in the upper downspouts through the wall. We imported fill material to redirect runoff water away from the foundation. We extended the asphalt curb to capture and direct runoff water towards the yard inlet.

We increased the height of the existing brick wall and added a lower brick wall. We regraded the slope and added a rock spillway to direst the runoff water away from the foundations.
They said “It’s only 3” thick” Hmmm 🤔 I think someone is using common core math and ruler. This has got to be some of the thickest pavement section I have ever seen on a walking path. My question is who or what is walking on here?
