My last big baking hurrah before we move to Idaho! Here's what I have available for pick up today!

I have big news! My little family is going to be moving to Idaho! I will fulfill my orders that I have for pick up on the 24th, and I might make a few more small things before we go. But Paddy Cake Bake Shop will be closing; though I hope to reopen in Idaho once we're settled. I have had the best customers and I thank you all so much for your support in my little home business!

Goodies available for pick up today 5:30pm or later! I have 6 cookie sandwiches available. Hand sized browned butter chocolate chip M&M cookies filled with vanilla buttercream and chopped M&Ms. Drizzled with melted dark chocolate. $4.50 each. I also have 3 cupcakes left, $3 each: vanilla with salted caramel buttercream, chocolate sprinkles, flaked salt, and a Ghirardelli dark chocolate sea salt caramel square. Here's the custom cake I was working on last night! 6 inch, 2 layer perfection. My moist vanilla cake packed with real vanilla. Topped with vanilla buttercream, salted caramel buttercream, Ghirardelli dark chocolate sea salt caramel squares, and flaked salt 😍.

Working on a custom cake tonight, and had some extra batter, so decided to make these beauties! Available for pick up tomorrow. Standard sized vanilla cupcakes filled and topped with salted caramel buttercream. Sprinkled with flaked salt, chocolate sprinkles, and a Ghirardelli dark chocolate sea salt caramel square. $3 each. *These have sold. Thank you all so much!* Tomorrow I will have 6 of these huge hand sized S'mores Rice Krispie Treats available! $3 each. Made with both rice cereal and graham cracker cereal, extra marshmallows, Hershey's chocolate layered in the middle, and melted Hershey's chocolate drizzled on top. And as always, browned butter and sweetened condensed milk make for a Rice Krispie Treat that stays soft for days 😍. Let me know if you want any!

Here's a menu that I've been working on. Prices for ingredients fluctuate, but just ask about price as my husband and business partner is a super Excel man and keeps all those numbers organized for me 😉.

***Sold*** I have a box of 12 of my sugar cookies available for pick up today! Blue vanilla sour cream buttercream frosting and blue sprinkles 🤤😍. If you haven't tried these yet, you need to! They're like a cross between a sugar cookie and shortbread. They are melt-in- your-mouth delicious! $15.

*I'll have 12 sugar cookies with blue vanilla frosting and blue sprinkles available for pick up after 5pm on Sunday the 11th. $7.50 for 6 or $15 for 12.
