When guests choose to recommend you, that means something.

Congratulations to the team at TownePlace Suites Whitefish Kalispell for being recognized as a Top 10 Performing U.S. MSB Franchised Hotel in Q1 2026 by Intent to Recommend!

ITR is one of the most meaningful guest satisfaction metrics in the industry because it reflects how people genuinely feel when they leave. Not just whether they were satisfied, but whether they would put their name behind the experience.

This recognition belongs entirely to the team on the ground as they are the ones turning routine stays into memorable ones, day in and day out. That kind of consistency does not happen by accident. It is the result of people who care, and it shows.
We are proud to celebrate this achievement with the TownePlace Suites Whitefish Kalispell team!

Some recognition hits differently. This is one of those moments. 💛

Khalat Taha, General Manager of The Charter Hotel Seattle, was recently featured by Fabulous Washington as one of their Fabulous People, and we could not be more proud.
Those of us who know Khalat know exactly why this spotlight found him. He leads with genuine care. He shows up for his team with creativity and resilience. And he creates guest experiences that are anything but ordinary. This recognition is a reflection of who he already is, every single day.
Khalat, you represent what it means to be a Hotelier at Heart. Thank you for bringing your whole self to The Charter Hotel and to this company. We are incredibly proud to celebrate you.
Congratulations, Khalat. This one is well earned.

This is what culture looks like in action.

Ahead of Tortuga Music Festival rolling onto Fort Lauderdale Beach, the team at AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach hosted a country-themed monthly luncheon that brought the festival spirit indoors a little early. Boots, energy, and the kind of camaraderie you can feel across the room.
The day was about more than the theme. The team used the moment to celebrate March birthdays, recognize team milestones, and shine a spotlight on their Employee of the Month, Beatrice!

At Lodging Dynamics, we talk often about being driven by culture. Those words only mean something when they're lived at the property level, and the AC Fort Lauderdale Beach team continues to set the standard.

Today, we pause.

Memorial Day is more than the unofficial start of summer or a long weekend away. It is a day set aside to remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country, and the families who carry their absence every day.

As hoteliers, we have the privilege of welcoming travelers from every corner of this nation, including Gold Star families, veterans, and those journeying to pay their respects at cemeteries, memorials, and hometowns. We do not take that honor lightly.

To every family who has lost a loved one in service: we see you, we remember with you, and we are grateful beyond words.

May we carry their memory forward, not only today, but in the way we serve, lead, and care for one another every day.

Memorial Day weekend is more than a holiday. For our industry, it's the opening note of the summer season. ☀️

By the time guests arrive at our properties this weekend, the work has already been done. Forecasts have been refined. Staffing plans are set. Inventory is stocked. Front desk teams are briefed on the regulars and ready for the first-timers. Housekeeping has every room turned with intention. F&B teams are prepped for the rush. And general managers across our portfolio are doing what great GMs always do, walking the property one more time to catch what the checklist missed.

This is the rhythm of a well-run hotel heading into a holiday weekend. It looks calm on the surface because of how much movement happens underneath.

To the team members across our portfolio who will welcome thousands of guests this weekend, thank you. From the sun-kissed shores of Florida and Hawaii to mountain destinations in Utah and beyond, you carry the kind of care that turns a long weekend into a memory worth keeping.
Here's to a strong start to the season.

What's your team's one focus heading into the holiday weekend?

Behind every memorable stay is a team that makes it feel effortless.

At AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach, the team has built something special. The property sits directly across from Sebastian Street Beach, just steps from Las Olas Boulevard, with 171 design-forward guest rooms drawn around floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping ocean views. The fourth-floor pool deck and bar set the tone for the day. AC Kitchen anchors the mornings with a European-style breakfast. AC Lounge closes the evenings with Spanish-inspired tapas and signature cocktails.
What makes the property work, though, isn't the design or the location. It's the people. The team members who anticipate before being asked. Who turn a beach trip into a memory. Who carry the AC brand and the Lodging Dynamics culture in the way they show up every single day.

To the AC Fort Lauderdale Beach team: thank you for the work you do. The season ahead is yours.

Culture isn't built in conference rooms. It's built in moments like this.

On a recent Friday afternoon, the team at SpringHill Suites by Marriott at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center traded their day-to-day for bowling shoes and a few well-earned strikes at Bowlero Anaheim Garden Walk. The outing was about team building and morale, yes, but it was also about something simpler. Sharing a meal. Cheering each other on. Showing up for one another outside the rhythm of the workday.

These are the moments that quietly shape a team. When hospitality professionals get the chance to genuinely connect, that energy carries straight back to the front desk, the housekeeping cart, the breakfast bar, and every guest who walks through the door.

Hoteliers at Heart™ isn't just a tagline. It's what happens when a team like this one chooses to invest in each other. Thank you to the SpringHill Suites Anaheim team for making it happen!

, the signature restaurant at The Charter Hotel Seattle, a Curio Collection by Hilton (), is officially open on the corner of 2nd and Stewart. The name says it all. Cinder, for the glow of the open-flame wood-fired grill. Salt, for the brine and freshness of the Pacific Northwest sea.

Led by Executive Chef Johnnie Williams, whose career spans luxury hotels, private clubs, and even the Academy Awards, the kitchen brings nearly two decades of craft to a menu rooted in the region.

Bountiful seafood towers. Wood-grilled octopus. Miso cod and prime steaks. A raw shellfish bar serving Pacific Northwest oysters, clams, prawns, and crab at peak freshness.

The space, designed with botanical and maritime inspiration, brings the outdoors in. The hospitality, led by General Manager Khalat Taha and the Charter team, brings something even better. Genuine warmth.

Both the hotel and the restaurant are proudly managed by Lodging Dynamics. We couldn't be more excited to celebrate this opening with the team in Seattle.

If you're in the city, stop by. Pike Place Market is just down the street.

Behind every great hotel is a great engineer. And behind The Charter Hotel Seattle, there's Matt Pszonka.

We're proud to recognize Matt, our Chief Engineer, as Manager of the Quarter for Q1 at The Charter Hotel Seattle, Curio Collection by Hilton. Since January, he has set the standard for what leadership looks like behind the scenes. Proactive. Detail-driven. Quietly making sure everything works so guests never have to think about it.

Matt is the kind of leader who steps in before he's asked. He supports every department, mentors his team, and takes genuine pride in the craft of keeping a property running. He builds a culture around him that's positive, solutions-focused, and grounded in accountability.

The best chief engineers are often the people guests never meet. But their work shapes every stay.
Congratulations, Matt. This recognition is well earned, and we're better because of you.
