Industry insight at InterFace Student Housing 2026 🎤

Our CRO, Jake Jarman, joined an incredible panel in Austin this week to discuss the current leasing landscape, from pre leasing trends and rental rate growth to the evolving impact of affordability, the shadow market, and concessions impacting leasing. We always value the opportunity to hear from experts in the industry! Their ability to break down complex market dynamics into real, actionable insights continues to make an impact across our teams and partners! One of the most meaningful moments of Summit was serving alongside Switchpoint Utah! Together, Redstone team members assembled 500 hygiene kits for individuals and families moving into new homes with little or nothing to start with. These kits will help provide the basic essentials needed for a fresh start! We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with an organization that is making such a powerful impact in the community.
