So of course I had to make him his own teddy.

Dark chocolate sponge, silky dark chocolate ganache, orange caramel, buttery caramel layers & soft buttercream - made with all the love in the world. Watching him play around with his cake was the real icing on top.

The second cake after our little comeback, and it had to be for my sister, the reason Little Mixx by Manika even started all those years ago. Of course I had to make it for her.

Her favourite flavours, layered with love:
chocolate ganache × salted caramel × Nutella (repeated because why not), and finished with a lot of buttercream- exactly how she likes it.

Colourful, bold, and full of personality, just like her.
Victorian-style inspiration, but kept fun and modern with buttercream roses.

Little Mixx is coming back slowly, softly, and with stories like these.
So grateful to be baking for the people who believed in it first 🤍

After a long pause, Little Mix by Manika is back.
Not with a big announcement, but with a cake- the way it all began.

This was one of our very first orders after almost four years.
Made for an anniversary, from a client who’s been with us for years and trusted Little Mix even when we weren’t fully “open” yet. I told her we’re still finding our feet again, still rebuilding… but she insisted - it had to be Little Mix.

So we kept it simple. Elegant. Full of heart.
Because this brand was always about celebrating moments, not perfection.

We’ll be rebranding soon, slowly and intentionall. But for now, this is just us saying: we’re back.
And we can’t wait to be a part of your celebrations once again.

Chocolate Choux:
that's pretty much it, but that's the beauty of it.

Sometimes we don't need to be any more because we are just the right amount.

Exactly like that this light, airy Pâte à Choux with chocolate craqulin, filled with cocoa nibs and a light but rich, creamy chocolate creme parisienne and topped with chocolate spheres had all perfect bites which were just enough.

All elements balanced the other out super well and did leave you wanting more.

Absolutely heavenly✨

The Lemon Meringue Eclair, was refreshing and perfectly paired with toasted light as air meringues.

But the oh-so-good Classic Eclair is what all dreams are made of, rich vanilla pastry cream with smooth dark chocolate gives you the perfect bite every time.
