Today I would rather be ________________. My answer today would be fishing.

It’s a beautiful day, the sun is shining and I would love to be sitting at our pond catching some bass.

My husband and I used to take our out in our pond, or the beach or wherever we were and just enjoy fishing together. Hopefully soon he’ll be doing better and we can again.🙏

Psalm 118:24 declares, “This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it”.

We never know what’s going to happen tomorrow. Life can change in a blink of an eye. It’s so important to be in the moment… enjoy where you are today… and be grateful for every beautiful breath of life God gives us.

One thing I’m so grateful to my parents for, is they always built me up. They taught me I could do anything and believed in me. They made me feel like I could.

Everyone should have a mom and dad like that.

I’m so grateful to them and love them so much.

What is one way you stay close to Jesus every day? ❤️

We all know you can feel closer to Him in the mountains or in nature, but what about in day to day life?

We talk about putting on the “Armour of God” by reading scriptures and praying every morning- but how do YOU personally, connect to Him every day?

For me, I do it in the morning. If I don’t, I feel stressed and not at peace with myself and what I’m doing. When I start my day off with HIM, I feel connected and strengthened all day- like He’s a part of my day and with me.
