Throwback Thursday to when I first met in November 2018 and she already had an amazing sense of style and self at such a young age. Dakota has grown into so much poise and confidence. Dakota is another beacon of light for my dance and fashion photography.

Yesterday .with.art.project lost one of our beloved collaborators A relented artist and painter, Ayla’s perception of the sculptures in which we shot was truly special. Today, Ayla’s family and friends will lay her body down to rest but her soul and spirit will continue in all who met her. I see her free spirit in every image I captured, even the outtakes. Thank you for exploring this project with us. Godspeed my young friend.

Throwback Thursday to 3 of my last shoots in Princeton in 2020 before relocating to Connecticut. Beautiful was stunning and amazing in all of them especially at the Public Table which is part of the Putnam Collection of outdoor art at the Unifersity.

So grateful for being able to work with during my return trip to shoot my favorite venues at Princeton University. Here she is on the Public Table sculpture on the campus. .with.art.project

I’m exhilarated to share my return to Hedgehog and the Fox for Dance with Art with pf .
After moving away from the Princeton area in November 2020, i found myself back on the campus where I spent 38 of the last 43 years. We shot at Putnam Collection at Richard Serra’s Hedgehog and the Fox where the light and shadows change every day and the same only twice a year. Tomorrow will be completely different

It felt good to be continuing this series this past week on a return visit to . Thanks to .3 for being ready to capture this image in the small window of perfect ambient lighting.

I love capturing on Scott Burton's Public Table, one of the in Putnam Collection is a wonderful piece for showcasing a dancer with its lines and its surroundings. It provides a 360 degree option for backgrounds. 3 feet above the ground, 175 square feet is all you have to showcase your jumps and poses. The backdrop is simple and the lighting is variable. . . Happy FIERCE Friday and doesn’t even fully describe during last Friday’s at on Henry Moore’s Oval with Points sculpture that’s part of the Putnam Collection on the campus. For a few minutes we changed the name to Oval en Pointe .ballet
