🍊🦐 We just made our new Orange Crush Ceviche with Avocado… and WOW. Easily the best ceviche we’ve ever made. Bright citrus, creamy avocado, crisp cucumber, jalapeño heat, and our live fermented Orange Crush vinegar all came together PERFECTLY. 🤤

But the real MVP? The incredible big red shrimp from Hook’d Up Seafood! The quality and freshness absolutely took this recipe to another level. Huge shoutout to the Hook’d crew for some seriously beautiful shrimp. 🙌🦐

The squash bugs and roly-polys have officially launched their hostile takeover of the garden… but we’re fighting back. 🪲⚔️🌱

First target: the roly-polys. Turns out they absolutely cannot resist beer 🍺. We buried cups into the garden and filled them up — and well… the picture pretty much tells the rest of the story 😅

Next up: squash bugs. Reinforcements have arrived. We placed praying mantis egg cases (yes, those weird cocoon-looking things 😆) throughout the gardens. One in each bed.

Soon those little garden assassins will hatch and hopefully begin their mission of feasting on those pesky squash bugs. 🥬🦗

The bugs may have started this war…

…but we’re bringing in mercenaries. 😈🌿
