🏀 BUILDING COMMUNITY ONE RELATIONSHIP AT A TIME 🏀

At Count Me In Group, we believe that strong communities are built when people come together around a common purpose.

The Cobb Community Adult Basketball Tournament was more than a game. It was an opportunity to bring churches, families, youth, community leaders, and neighbors together for fellowship, fun, and meaningful connection.

We were honored to partner with the Cobb Pastors Alliance and support the vision of the Cobb Church Network as churches worked together both on and off the court.

From the players and coaches, to the cheerleaders and supporters, to Pastors Wilbur T Purvis Destiny World Church and Pastor Chip Dean First Baptist Church of Powder Springs demonstrating unity and friendship, the day was filled with examples of what can happen when people choose collaboration over competition.

The scoreboard may have reflected the outcome of a game, but the real victory was seeing relationships strengthened and community built.

Thank you Candice N. Lewis and Judge Angela Brown and everyone who participated, volunteered, attended, and supported this event.

Because when churches, organizations, and communities move together, everyone wins.

What a wonderful day with the kids at the Annual Kids Fishing Rodeo at Sweetwater Park!
One of the things I’ve learned over the years is that children don’t always remember every word we say, but they never forget the time we spend with them. Today was about much more than fishing. It was about creating memories, building confidence, and showing these young people that there is a big world of opportunities waiting for them.
