Idaho does not require a professional license to offer eyelash extensions.
Make sure you ask if they are licensed NOT just certified. Paying thousands of dollars for school and having 6-24 months of HANDS ON training and studying skin and hair, AND passing state boards testing is the difference between getting multiple certificates of the same minimal training that certification can only offer. 🫶
