The position is available ASAP for 4-6 hours daily with potential for additional hours when needed and full-time opportunities starting June. Our small thriving licensed program serves mixed-age groups and prioritizes high-quality care. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: This role demands a true professional with extensive experience and a nurturing approach. Candidates must possess: - A minimum of 2 years of Lead Teacher experience in a licensed childcare program. - Step 7 or higher on the Oregon Registry. - Current state trainings, certifications, and fingerprint background checks. - Strong references from past licensed programs. - Excellent communication skills with families and team members. - Proven track record of engagement, reliability, and teamwork. - Experience working with children with high or additional needs is essential.
