Nap trapped or gone 🎣?

We had so much fun at this weekend! Saw lots of friends (and made some new, fuzzy ones!) 🐑 🧶 💛

Knitting progresses slowly these days, but I finally finished, blocked and put buttons on this fun and funky little fisherman’s rib sweater for my little nugget and I’m SO happy with it.

Finding it quite easy to be green, in fact.

She’s taken to wearing my project bag and calling herself “Mama” 💛 Enjoying this Mother’s Day with my favorite . And an honorable mention goes to her dad, who’s doing the Lord’s work keeping her happy today despite some major teething cranks.

First blooms of the season. My garden isn’t getting as much love and attention as I’d like with little Tills keeping me busy. But my faithful peonies and roses are still going strong. I’m particularly enamored with the hedge of climbing roses I planted when we first moved in. It’s co-opted the neighbors bamboo as a trellis and the two plants together are messy and enormous and lovely.

Sneaking in a few rows on this pint-size fisherman’s rib cardigan while T and Dada get in some playground time. 🌸 🦆 ☀️
