Wanna highlight two of my FAVORITE tools at my workbench while I'm working away at this month's long necklace project.
First is my Tuna Ball Vise. You can order them directly from atoztoolsonline.com {not on insta to my knowledge} (you might need to email for availability) or you can pick one up from .
This microball vise is a beast. I adore it. It comes with some of the nicest metal pins of the block sets currently on the market, the jaws hold great, it comes with an inside ring holder and 18 collets... plus it fits almost every GRS attachment. If you loose a stone inside, it's easy to take apart and put back together. AND you wont break the bank on it.
I've used a GRS, a Jura, and several knock-offs of this microball and this is the one I bought my apprentice as her graduation gift because it's the one I want at my bench.
Second up is my bur organizer from designs. The number of years I spent trying to keep my burs organized only to get deep into a flow and then end up with a pile of "shame burs" that no matter how well I measured never seemed to go back quite in the right order, those days are behind me.
I have one of these twisty containers for pretty much all my shapes of burs and even if I'm switching between multiple sizes and shapes on a single project it is so easy to just pop the bur into the open slot, and click to the next size I need. Since I've started using these I haven't created any shame burs, and I know that the setting bur I'm reaching for is what it says on the tin.
You can get these through Nashef's online shop or at (and possibly some other spots). But I definitely recommend them for a nice organized bench. {Did I mention they stack?}
Ok, wrist break is over. I hope y'all found this useful. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. I love talking tools almost as much as I love talking jewelry.
This stunning necklace will have 600 stones when it is complete along with 400 black enameled pods.
This is just the small portion of the necklace around where the hidden clasp is being built.
Back to the microscope to set more of the Smoky Quartz, Color Change Garnets, and lab-grown White and Yellow Sapphires.
Once that section is done I get to treat myself with moving into the multi-hued blues.

The 1st of 6 (!) stone trays to lay out an upcoming necklace comission. The empty pods correspond to enamel work.
600 stones here I come.

Working on this beautiful wedding set this evening.
Next up is setting her amethyst and then doing the very sappy engravings inside both.

The Lexington and Giza rings from our Skyline collection are some of the pieces I'm most proud of design wise, but they are just not the current vibe that people want and need.
It doesn't help that the 14k rose and yellow gold ones start above $3k because of how much gold they use.
So with a sad heart these beauties are retiring. ππ₯Ίπ
BUT before I pull all the stones and take a torch to the metal to give it a new life, I've marked the prices WAY down to give folks one last chance at what we have made and on hand.
These are available from our homepage, and you can get there from our bio.
The sale lasts for 24 hours ONLY! I will be pulling these from the website tomorrow at 7 pm.
If you love these like I do, DON'T WAIT! There are only 7 rings in total available, and when they are gone, they are gone.
