Tomorrow is the unofficial start of the MaineWorks and United Recovery Fund fire season......we have been going right along, every Friday, but with the lighter mornings and 'easier' weather we start to have a few more community partners and friends come to visit. You are all welcome- there will be coffee and munchkins. 5:50 arrival, fire from 6-6:30 then scramble off to various work sites and Cecil and Wes will be running interference on myriad issues- ohh of all sorts!!! We ❤ our work! Come on over! C.d. Solaguren

This week, Buddy Salvucci and I have been immersed in the REDF Accelerator Program in Denver. For 6 months, we will be investigating every aspect of our employment social enterprise which includes: MaineWorks, United Recovery Fund, and Cecil's Place Sober Living. We are excited to share our findings with our friends later this year demonstrating the need for housing, help, and employment. 😊

Your story matters more than you know. The struggles you’ve overcome and the strength you’ve found could one day be the words someone else needs to keep going.

Have a great weekend 🙂
