Traci!!! Traci started working at Haven in early Feb, 2026 but has been a friend around here for years!
Her fav thing to do at work is ask .mclucas all the questions about coffee.

Outside of work you’ll find her taking walks in her neighborhood, hanging out with friends and family or singing to music in the car.
A big fan of graphic novels and classic animated movies. 💥

Cannot come to work without first having a pour over at home, we know, so grown up! However a cold brew with vanilla and cream is another go-to.

She has the most infectious laugh and genuine kindness.

Smoked Maple is an infamous flavor here at Haven. Years ago we were intrigued by the idea of infusing smoke flavor into a beverage and came across a tea called lapsang souchong, a smoked black tea.

This became the perfect avenue to get a well rounded Smokey flavor; steeped in real maple syrup, poured into a latte and topped with smoked salt it became a Haven Staple. Once everyone tried it for the season we just couldn’t with it and decided to make it a year round offering. 🍁

Our Spring Specials are still available but it will be time soon to transition into our Summer Specials so come and get em! 🍯🌼🍊🍵🍓

SARAH! 🧡 Started at Haven in October of 2024. Born and raised in the Midwest but the West Coast has her heart.
She’s a crafter of many kinds and crochets works of art. She travels to incredible places, usually with her dogs Lucy and Poppy in tow 🐾
Reading and cooking are some of her other loves in life. Honey Oat Latte is her favorite espresso drink but you can usually see her sipping an americano at work. Sometimes hosts early 2000s movie nights 🧜🏽‍♀️

Currently earning a Masters of Library and Information Science Degree. So if you need a good book rec, she’s your expert!

This is Lucas! He has worked here since June of 205 and we’re not sure our team even knew what fun was before.

Always has a different favorite drink any given day. Constantly regales us with stories of past present future and alternate realities.

Has recently been spotted walking his cats in a stroller in his local neighborhood. Notorious for planning vacations and doing Karaoke (or vying to). A career thrifter with so many other talents we could never list them all.

She’s been at Haven since 2020, she is also the Cedar Mills manager and the producer behind all the syrups and seasonal drinks for both shops. Outside of work you’ll most likely find her with her two cats. One of our resident gamers and reading connoisseurs; enjoying a good thriller or gripping fantasy. Usually down for seeing a movie and going out to eat. 🎥
