This scope of work involved the conversion of one restroom into two within each unit of a duplex, resulting in a total of four completed bathrooms. The project required the coordination of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC specialty trades. Interior finishes included drywall, texture, and paint, along with the installation of quartz countertops, sinks, vinyl showers, fixtures, toilets, flooring, and vanities.

24-square roof tear-off and replacement completed in Northeast Portland utilizing Owens Corning Total Protection Roofing System, featuring Duration shingles in the color Peppercorn. Installation included synthetic underlayment, ice and water barrier, and starter strips. The scope of work was finished within a three-day timeline.

This 38-square duplex renovation involved a full demolition of existing exterior materials. The scope of work included the installation of James Hardie primed lap siding, new windows, and a 5K bronze gutter system with matching downspouts. The project was completed with a full Sherwin-Williams paint application.

A full tear-off of three existing layers and a siding replacement was performed on this property. The project involved the installation of 22 squares of James Hardie fiber cement siding in Iron Gray with ColorPlus Technology. For moisture and weather protection, the system includes HydroGap drainable housewrap, Fortiflash waterproofing around all windows, and Quad Max sealant.
