Sink tailpiece, p-trap, and wall extension replacement! The black piece was broken entirely and needed replacement. After a quick run to Home Depot for parts, we got the client set up with new fittings and running smoothly to keep their business going!
Stairwell, main room, and furnace closet all done! Stairwell and ceiling done with Valspar semi-gloss while the walls were done with Valspar satin. Clients were happy with how it all looked. They hope to make a basement style Airbnb!
Bathroom painted with Valspar semi-gloss for a clean finish and easy cleaning capabilities with moisture control. Client wanted to keep the pipes since they were already outside the drywall.
