Thank you for following our page and supporting the workers of the Democratic Party of Oregon. DPO United is proud to have ratified our Collective Bargaining Agreement in November 2023 after nearly a year of negotiations. This contract is in effect through February 2026. We believe all workers deserve fair wages, a sustainable career with reasonable hours, safe and healthy working conditions, and respect on the job.
