Today, we remember and honor those who never made it home.
Their sacrifice shaped generations they would never meet, futures they would never see, and freedoms too often taken for granted.
Gone, but not forgotten means more than remembrance once a year. It means carrying forward the weight of their service, their courage, and the lives they gave in protection of others.
Today, we pause to remember them and the families who continue to carry that loss every day.

Baby, it’s HOT outside! Here are some tips on how to dress baby appropriately because overheating is a big risk when it comes to infants.
You want to ensure they’re comfy, but not hot. Use their torso to gauge how warm they are, NOT their extremities. Baby hands and feet can be cold even when the rest of them isn’t, and typically isn’t an issue (but bring it up to your pediatrician if you’re worried).
Additional reminders:
❌ No loose bedding
❌ No tucked in blankets
❌ No hats or hoods inside or for sleep
❌ No weighted sleepwear
PLEASE share to help keep babies safe 💜

Happy Star Wars Day!!
Even in a galaxy far far away, safety still matters.
CPSC warnings are just as important as recalls. They’re how the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission alerts the public to dangerous products when a company hasn’t agreed to a recall.
Not every hazard comes with a headline recall. Sometimes the warning is the warning sign.
Stay informed. Stay alert. And may the Force be with you

🚨 4our Kiddies Tip Restraint Kits Recalled Due to Tip-Over Hazard 🚨
Hazard: The recalled plastic tip restraint kits (also referred to as furniture straps) can break or degrade, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in serious injuries or death to children or elderly consumers interacting with furniture that is secured to the wall with the defective plastic tip restraints. This is a hidden defect because consumers who purchase and install this product may be under a false sense of security that their furniture is safe from a tip-over incident.
What: Plastic tip restraint kits (also referred to as furniture straps) manufactured by 4our Kiddies. The recalled tip restraint kits contain two white plastic brackets/mounts (one for connection to furniture and the other for connection to the wall), a white plastic cable zip tie, two different pairs of screws (one longer than the other) and two drywall anchors.
Where: Amazon.com from June 2019 through January 2026 for between $6 and $21.
Remedy: Consumers should stop using 4our Kiddies plastic tip restraints immediately and contact 4our Kiddies for a free replacement tip restraint kit made of stainless steel. Consumers should keep children away from the unit while waiting for a replacement tip restraint kit and should dispose of the recalled tip restraint in their household trash once they have installed the replacement tip restraint.

🚨 AirClub Convertible Bassinets Recalled Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Fall Hazard 🚨
Hazard: The recalled convertible bassinets violate the mandatory standard for bedside sleepers because the mechanism used to attach the product to the adult bed creates an opening between the bedside sleeper and mattress, posing a deadly fall hazard to infants.
What: AirClub convertible bassinets which convert into a bedside sleeper. The bassinets come in light grey, beige, and purple colors and contain “Product Model QX-831” on a label located on the bottom of the convertible bassinets underneath the mattress pad.
Where: Sold at Amazon.com from October 2023 through December 2025 for between $110 and $130.
Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled AirClub convertible bassinets immediately and contact AirClub for a replacement attachment mechanism. Consumers will be asked to cut off the two original L-shape straps, throw them away and follow the instructions provided to install the new four straps with T-shaped buckle.

Safe sleeping isn’t something you get lucky with.
It starts with a safe sleep space and the right setup:
✔️ Placed on their back
✔️ On a firm, flat surface
✔️ In an empty sleep space
That’s the gold. 🍀

It’s Sunday Funday and daylight saving time is here again.
Be honest… which clock in your house is still the most off today?
The microwave?
The car?
That one random wall clock no one ever fixes? 😅

Halo Magic Sleepsuits recalled due to choking hazard.
** While it’s not part of the recall reasoning..it’s worth mentioning that this isn’t a product that the safe sleep community recommends due to overheating risk and puffy design which makes safe sleep experts weary of development delays and possible entrapment.
Recall: HALO Dream Magic Sleepsuits; The zipper head can detach from certain sleepsuits, posing a choking hazard to infants. Get replacement or store credit. https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls/2026/HALO-Dream-Recalls-Magic-Sleepsuits-Due-to-Choking-Hazard
