July 22, 2024. Brandon Teena’s grave in Lincoln, Nebraska. I decided to make a stop here to pay respects to one of our fallen trans brothers. Brandon was murdered by John Lotter on New Years Eve of 1993, and there was a movie based on his life called Boys Don’t Cry. Included in this post are me at his grave, the grave itself, as well as photos of Brandon himself and with Lana Tisdel who is his partner.

So I put in a submission to perform at Camp Punksylvania next year. Don’t know if I’ll be accepted but it’s worth a try.

I intend to make Pennsylvania the final destination of my tour next year, Philadelphia especially.

When I’m out on the open road, the stresses city life infected me with almost but all disappears and a weight is lifted off my shoulders. The best thing about being on the road is all the good people you will meet, and I miss that. The call will be answered when the time is right. The trans genocide will NOT stop me from being me. ***rpunk ***rcore

So I’m planning next year’s tour. I’m looking for venues to perform at in:
-Missoula, Montana
-Rapid City or Sioux City, South Dakota
-Minneapolis, Minnesota
-Indianapolis, Indiana
-anywhere in Michigan
-Omaha, Nebraska
-Denver, Colorado
-Las Vegas, Nevada
-San Diego, CA

I have a good lead on Chicago, St. Louis. Los Angeles, and the Bay Area already

Group picture at the No Man’s Land gathering at the Black Butte Center for Railroad Culture in W**d, CA back in early September 2023. This was a gathering for trans and q***r travelers, train hoppers, rubbertramps, crustie folk punks, and the like. I really enjoyed my time here and I got a chance to share my talent and meet some very unique people. I wish this gathering was happening this year.

I learned more about train hopping as well as its history and methods. I still never hopped a train before as I’ve always been a rubbertramp, but it’s something I’d like to do once, at least just once before I get too old and brittle to even jump or climb.
