This week we’re combining cardio + strength for a repetition based workout that will challenge your endurance, coordination, and total body strength.
4 Rounds:
25 Jump Rope Reps
10 Air Squats
5 Mountain Climbers
5 Push-Ups
Training with a mix of cardio and strength helps improve heart health, build muscular endurance, burn calories efficiently, and increase overall athletic performance. Repetition based workouts also help you focus on movement quality while pushing your pace at your own level.
Remember: consistency beats perfection every time. Show up, move your body, and keep building strength one round at a time.

This week we’re focusing on CARDIO! This jump rope workout designed to help you build confidence and get moving again, one jump at a time. Like last week, this workout will only take you 10 minutes.
10 Minute Workout

:30 work / :30 rest
Options for EVERYBODY:
✔️ Have a jump rope? Use it.
✔️ No rope? Pretend rope works just as well.
✔️ Need low impact? March in place during the work intervals.
The goal isn’t perfection it’s consistency, confidence, and showing up for yourself. Small steps add up.
