Someone came in with pain in the lateral edge of the palm, so we flossed the ulnar nerve with "Owl Eyes" movement and found there was some tingling. Then I showed her the graphic from this webpage. So concise! Heads up: ulnar nerve can flare up when we get back on our bicycles and don't have adequate grips. DrGordonGroh images

Very nicely illustrated Mastication Muscles video. Self-massage of the temporalis muscle above the ears using soft fingers gathered together and moving in circles above the ears often helps to ease jaw tension.

I'm so into Gil Hedley's perspective and way of explaining things. I've been harping on about this to my clients for years but he's good at breaking it down.
