This weekend’s Special Sando is our Coopers Grilled Cheese. Cooper Sharp White American Cheese & Emmentaler Griddled on Thick White Bread. And, of course, we have a delicious Tomato Basil Soup to go right along with it! 🧀🍅

An homage to a PNW cult fave: Burgerville’s hot ham & cheese sandwich (which for some reason they only offer for a limited time every few years… what’s the deal?!). Anyway, our version features griddled Texas toast slathered with house dijonaise, pickled red onions, a pile of fancy French ham, and gooey melted Cooper’s sharp. And like the OG, we’re offering ours for just a few days… THIS WEEKEND ONLY!
