Ingram Screening is launching a new campaign: “Write to the Galaxy of Motherhood©.”

If you have questions about motherhood (physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, relational, identity-related, grief-filled, joyful, confusing, exhausting, beautiful, or anything in between) write them to the Galaxy of Motherhood© and she will write back.

No portals, apps, AI chatbots, and no perfect words required. Just put pen to paper and a stamp.

Maybe you are:

A new mom trying to understand what happened to you after birth

A dad or partner wondering how to better support someone you love

A grandparent reflecting on your own motherhood journey

A teen parent trying to survive one day at a time

A parent grieving the loss of a pregnancy or child

Someone struggling with rage, anxiety, OCD, panic, identity shifts, or loneliness after becoming a parent

A caregiver asking, “Am I still myself?”

Someone carrying questions you’ve never said out loud

You can ask or share about:

Postpartum depression or anxiety

Intrusive thoughts

Relationships and intimacy

Parenting stress

Sleep deprivation

Body image and healing

Spiritual struggles

Trauma after birth

Loss and grief

Identity changes

Returning to work

Isolation

Gentle parenting

Marriage and co-parenting

Rage and resentment

Medication and therapy fears

What is “normal”

Or simply: “Can someone please tell me I’m not alone?”

Send your letters to:

Galaxy of Motherhood©

6230 SE Steele St.

Portland, OR 97206

Please include a return address so the Galaxy of Motherhood© can write back.

Please share this with friends, family, providers, and anyone walking through the galaxy of parenthood.

Families are built in many beautiful ways, and LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples deserve to feel seen, safe, respected, and supported throughout pregnancy, postpartum, adoption, surrogacy, fertility journeys, and early parenthood.

At Ingram Screening, we recognize that LGBTQIA+ parents often face unique challenges within healthcare systems, from discrimination and misgendering to lack of inclusive screening, higher rates of anxiety and depression, financial barriers, isolation, and the emotional weight of navigating systems not designed with every family in mind.

Mental health screening should never require someone to shrink themselves to fit a box. Every parent deserves compassionate care, affirming language, and providers who understand that emotional wellbeing matters for all families.

We proudly stand as allies and advocates for inclusive, trauma-informed maternal and parental mental health support. Screening is for everyone. Support is for everyone. Parenthood is for everyone.

To the LGBTQIA+ community: we see you, we support you, and we are committed to helping create systems where every parent can thrive. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Dear Friends, Colleagues, Clients, and Supporters,

Today I am sharing an announcement that comes with both pride and a great deal of reflection. After 9 years of building Ingram Screening, LLC, I have decided to begin exploring the sale of the business through a bid process.

Ingram Screening has never been just a company, it has been a mission, a movement, and in many ways, a fourth child.

Every training, resource, screening tool, presentation, consultation, and conversation has been driven by a single belief: that maternal mental health matters and that screening saves lives.

Over the years, Ingram Screening has grown into a nationally recognized consulting firm focused on maternal mental health screening, provider education, implementation support, and system improvement. The organization includes proprietary content, intellectual property, educational resources, operational systems, and a recognizable brand built through nearly a decade of dedication and advocacy.

As I consider the next chapter, I am looking for a buyer who shares this vision and can expand the reach and impact of the work. My hope is to find an individual, organization, healthcare system, foundation, or company that can help bring these resources to more providers, more communities, and ultimately more families.

A few highlights about the business:

• Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB)

• Registered Oregon LLC

• Zero debt

• No employees

• Fully remote operation

• Established intellectual property and training materials

• Existing administrative systems and infrastructure

A few important dates:

June 1, 2026 - Public announcement and buyer inquiries

June 1-30, 2026 – Information sharing and conversations with interested parties

July 1, 2026– Deadline for bid submissions

July 15, 2026 – Review of bids and finalist discussions

July 30, 2026 - Selection of preferred buyer

Interested parties may request an information packet and submit a written offer outlining purchase price, transition plan, and vision for scaling the work.

The sale includes years of content creation, proprietary information, educational resources, brand assets, and the systems used to operate the business. I want to be clear that this is not a departure from maternal health advocacy for me. I will continue working in the field through the Galaxy of Motherhood© series and remain committed to advancing maternal health, mental health, and reproductive justice.

If you are interested in learning more about the opportunity, including what is included in the sale and how the bid process will work, please contact me directly. If you are not personally interested, I would be grateful if you would share this announcement with your professional networks. The right steward for this work may be just one introduction away.

Thank you for believing in this mission and for being part of the journey. ~Lynn

😡 No. This isn’t acceptable. Don’t present a site as a trusted resource for new and expecting parents, with guidance on care and nutrition, only to funnel users into signing up for “Trump Accounts” or enrolling in “TrumpRX” on the same page.

That has no place on a site claiming to be an official U.S. government resource.

Meanwhile, people are still dying during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum from conditions that are largely treatable, over 80% by many estimates.

Parents deserve clear, evidence-based support, not marketing or political cross-promotion embedded in care resources. This needs to be addressed.

We recently offered Moda Health the first right of refusal on a Provider Incentive Screening Program through their Provider Relations team. While timing wasn’t aligned (they’re planning for Fall workshops later this summer), it opens the door for other health plans to step in now.

We're currently connecting with health insurance organizations interested in advancing Value-Based Programs and aligning provider incentives with screening, early identification, and intervention, particularly in maternal and behavioral health.

This program is 100% customizable and designed to integrate into existing provider networks, quality measures, and care models.

If you’re connected to, or work with, any of the following, We'd love an introduction or conversation:

Kaiser Permanente

Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon

Aetna, a CVS Health Company

Cigna Healthcare

UnitedHealthcare

Blue Cross Blue Shield Association

PacificSource Health Plans

Molina Healthcare | Massachusetts

Centene Corporation

Humana

Kaiser Permanente Northwest

Tag a company or contact below if I missed anyone. I appreciate your help in spreading the word and getting this into the right hands. www.ingramscreening.com
