Manhattan Faces a Reckoning if Working From Home Becomes the Norm 05/18/2020

Interesting article on the future of workspace!

Not only Manhatten faces this change in how we work - This trend could be good for our state - More telecommuting and job opportunities for people living further away from the big cities!

Manhattan Faces a Reckoning if Working From Home Becomes the Norm Even after the crisis eases, companies may let workers stay home. That would affect an entire ecosystem, from transit to restaurants to shops. Not to mention the tax base.

Interesting! Portland, South Portland! What do you think!?!

Buffalo’s first, code approved grass parking lot at Five Points Bakery is one year old today.
It can absorb 3” of rainfall keeping water out of our storm sewers.
It reduces heat island effect, provides habitat for insects, helps mitigate global warming by converting carbon dioxide into oxygen, looks nicer for our neighbors, helps to filter the water to keep our oceans cleaner. its cheaper than concrete, stronger than asphalt, and so much more.
We are so happy and thankful to be able to keep pioneering in Buffalo.
More to come!

Our apartments are in the middle 3 floors, and we are grateful for our existing tenants patience while we are banging away!

South Portland landowners consider ferry link to Portland 04/18/2019

Lots of homework to do before this will happen, but we are working on finding out if it is a viable option! We would love to see people using the bike-ped trail/greenbelt system to commute to and from Portland and South Portland! Please note that the term "ferry" is meant more in the sense of a water-based connection!

South Portland landowners consider ferry link to Portland The owners of a prime piece of the South Portland waterfront are thinking about a ferry service to carry passengers to and from the Portland waterfront.
