Pork, potato, mushrooms, carrots hand pie
Browned pork shoulder, stewed with carrots and garlic, added potatoes and mushrooms towards the end to keep them intact, made a quick Puff pastry baked into l golden

Beef, onion, potato hand pie. 🥧🥧
caramelized the onion, to a “French onion soup” base, brown beef stew meat, softened potatoes in the stew and made a quick puff pastry dough
Soo yummy the whole house smelled amazing while making every element to make the final product 🥹

Little different than what we normally do! Mixing up a personal blend of bath salt to use, not just for baths but also for a amazing exfoliater when added to our favorite oil (coconut, olive, or avocado are our favorites to use)

Today we made up Old fashions (but add a bit of spice)
-Wild Turkey // infused with dry honey crisp apples, cinnamon sticks, and mulled spices
- bitters
-bourbon soaked cherries
-Smoked orange peel
-Two sugar cubes
