If The Devil Wears Prada 2 says anything, it’s that work today isn’t just about difficult bosses anymore. It’s about navigating unstable systems, constant change, and a culture where passion often turns into expectation.
3 things I kept thinking about:
1. It’s not just individuals, it’s the system
2. “Be passionate” often turns into “give more”
3. Burnout is becoming normalized, not exceptional
And it leaves one question I can’t shake. What exactly are we normalizing just to keep work going?
