F YES FRIDAY: those words, spoken (yelled!) by one of my coaching clients, are my favorite. I GOT IT!!! They might be talking about the dream job, the promotion, the raise, the house... it’s usually an outcome they’ve been working really hard towards. And to root for them during their struggles and their journey and then to hear those words at the end...i can’t really describe how it makes me feel. Proud, ecstatic, gratified. I love what I do. Straight up.

If i was in the spice girls, they'd definitely call me Corporate Spice based on these pictures.

I love summer as much as the next person. It’s a time to unplug, to BBQ, to be with our kids, to be outside, to get much needed sun on our faces.

But summer is temporary.
