Prenatal services provided prior to birth with option for private prenatal yoga classes. A Birth Doula: A woman who provides continuous physical and emotional support to a mother before, during and just after childbirth.
- A doula understands the physiology of birth and emotional needs of a woman in labor.
- She assists in preparing and carrying out a woman's birth plan.
- She remains with the
woman during the entire birth and for some time after birth.
- A doula helps to facilitate communication between the woman, her partner and the medical team when birthing in a hospital.
- A doula supports the woman's partner to participate at his/her own comfort level. As a birth doula, I am committed to helping mothers and partners achieve a positive birthing outcome and experience. I offer my doula services alongside my yogic and herbalist knowledge to provide a holistic approach to birthing. Coming from a registered nursing back ground, I am knowledge in both anatomy and physiology which aids clients in truly understanding their physical processes. - Unlimited phone, text and email support
- 24 hour on-call availability two weeks prior to and after the due date
