Our OTA Tofu Yakko Flight is our version of a traditional Japanese dish—hiyayakko—a side or appetizer simply consisting of cold tofu with toppings. We serve the Ota tofu 3 ways with:
-Yuzu ponzu with scallions & grated ginger
-Housemade hazelnut ra-yu (chili oil)
-Kuromitsu-soy glaze with kinako

San-Mi Crudo—meaning "3 flavors" highlights 3 different types of fresh seafood.

It's made with bluefin tuna akami, king salmon, and hamachi sashimi served with shallot, capers, and olive oil. It's a play on a classic Italian carpaccio with simple accompaniments that allow the delicate flavors of the fresh seafood to take center stage.
