Trying yoga poses during shelter-in-place. 😂. Feel free to share! More videos coming soon.
Stay Home, stay safe and save lives.
Transcription Below:
J: HELLO and welcome back! It’s been along time since we’ve posted anything! I’m Jeska…
A: And I’m Ajay.
J: We’re gonna do a “Yoga Challenge”. I’m awful at yoga—I’m not flexible, not wearing the right clothes…
A: But! The point of this to laugh, have fun, and be entertained.
Also, to clarify—we are in our backyard and in a safe place! I know we’ll be touching each other, but as soon as were done with all these crazy shenanigans, then were gonna wash our hands vigorously for sure.
J: Alright, you guys ready for this Yoga Challenge? We have 5 different poses were gonna attempt.
A: We’ll see…we’ll see how this goes.
A: And I wanna add something too: as we go through the 5 poses, we’ll edit in a picture of what it’s supposed to look like. If you’re curious what the original poses are, that’s what we’ll do.
J: Ready??
**Does first pose**
J: We did it!
A: Check! What’s next?
(shows next picture)
J: Ooo, that’s a tough one. Who is who in that?
**Does second pose**
Success!
(shows third picture)
A: We can do it!
(fails)
J: Let’s try again!
(tries 2nd time, fails again)
J: You’re supposed to go low!
A: I know…low! Let’s try the next one, I need a break from that!
Alright, next one!
**attemping 4th one**
J: Our butts aren’t supposed to touch!
A: OMG….
(shows 5th one)
J: No! Where’s the other one??
A: What? Why are you laying down?? Omg…Lord have Mercy
(tries first time, utter fail)
A: I didn’t want to fly over you!! Okay let’s breathe it out and try again.
**tries again…fail…again**
J: Let’s switch.
**Now Ajay on bottom**
J: Now we’re gonna get cleaned up, wash our hands.
A: Whew, what a challenge!
See you guys later! Bye!

One of our own, Suzanne Wolmut, has passed away this morning due to cancer. To cherish the time she spent with the ASL Comedy Troupe since 2011, William Dodd has created a wonderful 'In Memoriam' video of Suzanne performing for the troupe. May you rest in peace. And yes, **kcancer!
