~Almost~

This one I had a difficult time picking a crop for instagram. The first is the true final as I like the large expanse of white., but kind of hard to grasp on a small screen. So the 2nd image is specifically for IG. Let me know if you have thoughts!

The last is zoomed in on the figures so you can see them.

Taken using a long exposure with intentional camera movement.

~An Impression of Autumn-
🍂 🍁🍂

Long exposure, double exposure. I’d say “intentional camera movement” but I honestly can’t remember if I moved the camera intentionally or it just shook a bit during this 4s exposure 😀
Taken somewhere around the OHSU campus in Portland’s Homestead district.

Everyone will be posting their beautiful photos from Cape Disappointment over the next week or so. I had planned on driving out to the coast but I'm struggling to overcome my mental inertia.

So anyway, here's a photo I took there a year or so ago. It's not awe-inspiring but I think it's kinda pretty. 😊

~Specter’s Thread~
🕸️👻🕸️
I had originally planned to do a Halloween themed photo-of-the-day for October but then the Covid robbed me of my energy and motivation.
Maybe if I plod along slowly, I can have 31 images for 2026?

~Flickers of the Past~

Some attempts at long exposure and ICM with a group of photog-friends at a mostly empty shopping mall.

~Winter Woods~

From a recent photowalk at Buxton Trestle.
Effect achieved by taking several photographs at various exposures and blending them together in photoshop.
