We are Portland State University’s Northwest Collegiate Ministries(NCM)! Untempered Celebration.
NCM exists to provide a contemporary setting and safe space wherein students can dialogue about their spiritual concerns, experience authentic celebration, tangibly serve locally and abroad, freely share their faith, thrive in community among their peers, build lasting, life-giving identity, and grow through intentional mentoring relationships and leadership opportunities. Students of all spiritual backgrounds, experience, and participation are welcome!

We heard incredible teaching on solitude & silence, community, and more. Isaac won an epic rap battle in the middle of a mosh pit! Hayley and Nicole faced off in a compliment battle! Isaac and Emily shared testimonies from their summer mission trip. Miriam taught a breakout on neuroscience and faith and judged a cupcake decorating contest. We competed in a painting competition, played board games, and enjoyed conversations around the campfire. We enjoyed connecting with the Portland Metro Crew as well as people from across the NW! And we’re already planning for next year: November 3rd-5th, 2023. We hope you will put it on your calendar and join us next year!
