While I’m not officially doing this year I thought it might be nice to work through an Art Therapy card deck. Let this month be more for mental health than for deadlines and prompts that don’t resonate. Here we have left hand, things I want to let go and right hand things I want to call in.

Emotional Safety - defined as the ability to give your heart to someone and know it will be safe.
