We're brewing up some summer changes to the menu in our Portland kitchen, and we think it will pair nicely with the coming heat and some cold beers. We'll post more when has the new menu worked out and is ready to hit play.

Urban Gleaners is a hunger relief organization and environmental sustainability agency working to reduce waste & eliminating hunger in our community.

They collected excess apples from Kiyokawa Farms at the end of their abundant harvest and gave them a new life before they could go to waste. Transformed by into this semi-sweet treat that directly benefits the organization.
