Local 737 Union Meeting this week!!! Thursday 12/21/23
6pm, we need attendance💪🏽
Hello everyone,
Welcome to the Local 737 Laborers page where we can get an accumulative voice for what we want or need. As we all know, we are stronger in numbers… and in those numbers we need to communicate to our representatives about our concerns and needs.
Elections are coming up FAST… Don’t wait to speak your mind about what we want.
A survey should be coming out today 11/20/23
PAY ATTENTION TO THIS PLEASE:
The literature can be misleading so please read carefully before answering particular questions. When answering written responses be sure to be as detailed as possible…
For example:
- $15 raise over 3 years with cost of living increase thereafter. We need money on our checks without sacrificing our benefits.
- Overtime should be counted as hours worked, anything over 8 hours worked needs to be overtime regardless of start time.
- Vacation pay
Here is a link for anyone who may or may not get it via text or email today…
The Oregon & Southern Idaho District Council of Laborers & Local 737 need your input on our 2024 contract bargaining process! We need your feedback as we begin negotiations on contracts. What matters to you? What do you want to see change? The more feedback we get from this survey the more we’ll know what our members care about most.
