Fall 2025 is looking like a solid group of students, and so many more to come! Missing a handful of other students in this picture, so we will just have to keep posting their progress.

As we end fall term, everyone here, including myself, wished everyone a safe trip back home and a happy winter break! The Kickboxing Club would be nothing without you! I am very grateful for everyone! Cheers! And hope to see everyone back soon. 🙏🏻

A bit late on posting this(because I was still on vacation mode) but our very last day of training for Spring ‘24 class! Although this is not everyone, I like to thank each and every one of these people for coming in! It has been an absolute honor serving you all with as much knowledge of Muay Thai. 🙏🏻

This term; I made a decision to amp up the training and really best every one down. 5k runs, daily miles before we started our warm ups, stairs, jump ropes, 40x4, etc. you guys complained all the time but did it all. I have nothing but respect for you all! Thank you for forcing me to be a better teacher. I will continue to do better for future students for sure!

Huge congratulations to these individuals for running their 3 miles yesterday! Came in on a day off of school, on a holiday, with no complaints and ready to run. If that’s not commitment, I don’t know what is.

To give some amazing credit where credit is due, a student(Ben) ran 19:56 for his three mile and another(Owen) finished in 20:04! Absolutely amazing for their first 3mi. Ever!

The group ran the stairs! Proud of everyone that came for this run. I’m sure it beat the hell out of everyone, but you did it! The group ran(attempted) seven times, with some of the crazier students running it 9 times. Talk about insane! Let’s keep progressing everyone!
