It’s Totebag Thursday! Which tote do you have?

Happy Fall Equinox! Today is the first day of Fall and the beginning of cozy season. The leaves are changing, summer is gone and it’s time to coast into the rest of the year.

To kick off cozy season, our pick for Fall is Eucalyptus + Tea Tree. Earthy and cool, this scent reminds us of a serene spa. The cooling sensation of Eucalyptus oil helps to relieve muscle tension and congestion from the body. Tea tree oil helps to reduce the appearance of blemishes on the skin. Throwing it back to 2023 with our Ama Serwaa totebag! This tote is named after Ama Serwaa, a popular Ashanti Queen Mother in the early 1800s.

The current Queen Mother, Nana Konadu Yiadom III was enstooled on February 6, 2017. The Queen Mother is a well respected role in the Ashanti Kingdom and also the eldest sister of the current Asantehene (King), Otumfuo Nana Osei Tutu II (pictured). The Queen Mother is a Royal Senior Advisor, helps to decide the next King and, settles domestic affairs within the kingdom. She was known for her philanthropy which includes covering medical bills for new mothers and donating to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at 2 hospitals in the Ashanti region 🇬🇭

The late Queen passed on August 7, 2025 at 98 years. Her funeral rites lasted 3 days and ended yesterday on September 18, 2025.
