Volunteer o' the Month!
Hayden was the first to jump in and give thoughtful feedback on our new warehouse processes, and it made a real difference. He consistently does what needs to be done, with strong foresight, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how things can run best.
He's also stepped up to support our Black Hair & Cultural Care program, helping bring this important work to life.

Calling all artistic Life Skills alum!

Join us April 2nd from 4–8pm for a Dungeons & Dragons workshop led by Life Skills alumnus Dylan! Whether you’ve never played before or you’re a seasoned adventurer, this session is a welcoming way to learn, connect, and have some fun.
We’ll be using a starter set and jumping into the classic adventure Lost Mine of Phandelver- easy to jump in and full of epic moments.
🧙♂️ Open to complete beginners and experienced players.
🎲 Dice provided. Curiosity encouraged.

Our Black Hair & Cultural Care webpage is officially live!

Youth and caseworkers can now pre-order kits starting today through our new page, with instructions in the ordering form.
This program ensures Black youth in foster care have access to culturally relevant hair care products and tools so they can care for their hair with confidence and pride.
This work is led in partnership with Amber Starks of Conscious Coils, whose expertise and vision helped shape the program, and made possible in part through the generous support of The Collins Foundation and Elegant Boutique.
