Surgery can be a challenging journey, but your breath can be a powerful tool to support healing before and after the procedure.

Before surgery, breathwork prepares your body and mind by reducing anxiety and promoting relaxation. After surgery, it supports pain management and speeds recovery by enhancing circulation and immune function.

Trauma lives in the body, not the story. Frequency medicine works below language. We don’t need to relive or retell trauma for the body to unwind it- we attune the nervous system and tissues so the body can complete what was interrupted.
By tuning into the subtle fields, we restore coherence between body, breath, organs and the auric field. Reclaiming a sense of safety and presence. This method complements traditional therapy by addressing how trauma affects the nervous system.
