A Sunday Snack: Lemon Fried Avocados
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado, cut into slices
15 ml of lemon juice
15 ml of coconut oil
Salt to Taste or lemon salt
Add the coconut oil to a frying pan. Place the avocado into the oil gently. Fry the avocado slices so that all sides are slighty browned. Sprinkle the lemon juice and salt over the slices and serve warm

Thursday night recipe.
I'm in the Pacific North West and the weather is getting colder so it's soup time!!
Cauliflower, Leek & Bacon Soup:
1/2 head of cauliflower, chopped
6 cups Chicken Broth or bon broth
1 Leek Chopped
5 Slices of bacon, cooked
Salt & pepper to taste
Place the leek and the cauliflower into a pot with the chicken broth
Cover pot and simmer for 1 hour or until tender
Puree the veggies to create a smooth soap (You can use a normal blender but please wait until the veggies get colder)
Crumble the cooked bacon into small pieces and drop into the soup
Add salt & papper to taste
And guess what? It taste GOOD!!

Grilled Salmon. Just seasoned with lime, garlic, butter, salt and pepper. Side: A lettuce salad with black olives, avocado and bacon vinegar, salt & pallet to taste.

Keto buns! Easy to make and to eat you should try them:
5 oz of Almond Flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup ground psyllium husk powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup water
3 egg white
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tsp cider vinegar
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine the vinegar and egg whites to the dry ingredients. Add boiling water. Mix with a hand mixer for 30 sec.
Moisten hands with oil and shape the dough into 6 rolls. Place on a greased baking sheet top it with Sesame seeds
Bake it for 60 min. They’ll be ready when you hear a hollow sound when tapping the bottom of the bun
