Summer motherhood sessions are here! 🌼
These beautiful blooms arrived just in time to accompany such loving and candid moments between Nicole and Noah. During your session, we encourage you to take the lead and tend to provide prompt suggestions when the opportunity presents itself. This way, the evening starts naturally and allows time for everyone to acclimate. Upcoming birthday?
Whether it’s celebrating their first year or their tenth, cake smashes are a super fun way to capture that special day!
All of our smash cakes are from an increidble local vegan bakery avoiding major allergens such as milk and eggs.
Not a cake fan? No problem! We offer milestone sessions with or without it! Also included are family images, and even 4 legged sibling photos.

How do you invest in yourself?
This weekend I joined and for a 2 day workshop experience in Chicago, IL. We covered Newborns, Milestones, and even Marketing/Branding!
When planning the weekend, we knew we wanted to provide more depth in education than solely teaching the technical aspects of photography. And we did exactly that.
I emphasized the importance of understanding your “why” in a world full of voices, and how to show up for those who want to show up for you.

Why print your photos?
In a world where practically everything is digital, we often get asked why we place such high value in printed products. One reason is that photography connects us throughout generations. Lindsey and I still pull out prints from our childhood to remember how places used to look, or how our parents used to dress!
The world around us changes so quickly, our memories will eventually become less clear. But through photographs we are able to enhance those memories with a visual connection that lasts the tests of time.
We always make the joke to not be the person that only put their newborn photos on MySpace. Technology changes, keep hard copies of your memories! 💛

What makes your baby smile?
Gabe was so amazing for his milestone photos! When a little one comes in to our studio for the first time has a warming up period. During this time, we play a lot of games and get to know the space and new people in it. There’s usually a point where your little one will crack a smile and from there we move like lighting!
