The time has come!!! Join us at the OCD Walk on 🗓️ June 20th 🗓️
The walk will take place at Tom McCall Waterfront Park in Portland, OR. The walk is a 1 mile path from the Portland Spirit Dock to the Steel Bridge and back. The route is ADA accessible. Check in starts at 9:00am where you can pick up your shirt, register for the walk, and enjoy coffee & snacks! The opening remarks will begin at 9:30am with the walk kicking off at 9:45am. From 10:45–11:00am will be our closing remarks and raffle announcements!
Register now for a morning of community, snacks, music, a special speaker, games, and a raffle! Let’s walk together to bring awareness and understanding around OCD. 💙

🎨✨ Calling all artists and creatives!
Submit your artwork to be featured in OCD Oregon’s Art Exhibition and join us for an inspiring evening of expression, awareness, and community in support of those impacted by OCD. We welcome a wide range of creative expressions that reflect personal experience, mental health journeys, resilience, and the many ways OCD and related challenges shape identity and perspective.
Painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, poetry, and other visual or written works are all encouraged. Whether your piece is abstract or representational, deeply personal or broadly symbolic, we invite art that sparks conversation, fosters understanding, and celebrates the strength and diversity of our community.

OCD is not a preference for cleanliness and organization; it is a debilitating mental disorder. Mischaracterizing OCD trivializes the illness. The language we use matters. If you hear someone misusing the term, use it as an opportunity to educate them!
