Tonight’s relic: a traditional voodoo doll featuring waxed thread, birch twig bones, stuffed with moss, and dress pins that hold a whisper of sympathetic magic. In folklore, dolls like these serve as vessels for intention—protection, healing, remembrance, and sometimes more sinister intentions. Ours is crafted as art & ritual décor, a haunted keepsake for the witching hour: a key for thresholds, a mirror for reflection, a blade for severing what no longer serves, a crystal for clarity. At Portland a customer asked if we could make our Death’s Head Moth earrings into a pin and of course we could. We’ve gotten one off to the customer and we’ll be bringing these to future events.

Meet the Widow’s Walk—a cherry-kissed twist on the classic Dark & Stormy. ⚓️🌩️🍒
Inspired by the rooftop “widow’s walk” of Victorian homes—those seaside lookouts where loved ones kept watch—this coastal-goth sip layers stormy ginger beer, brooding dark rum, and a lighthouse-bright splash of cherry syrup.

Recipe (save this):
2 oz dark spiced rum · ½ oz cherry syrup · ½ oz fresh lime · top with spicy ginger beer.
Build over ice, stir, and garnish with a cherry
Sweet, rich, and just dangerous enough for Halloween.
