On a serious note I’m filled with joy for Michael. One of the nicest and most down to earth people you’ll ever meet. I was surprised he contacted me so soon after we just sold his home about 6 months ago but he’s a man that knows what he wants and when he wants it. With that being said, thank you again for choosing me as your go-to when you think of real estate. It isn’t taken lightly! 🙏🏽

They knew what they wanted and what area they wanted to be in. With the house hunt starting all the way back in April, we remained patient! As time passed, we stayed attentive to the market, and when the time was right we executed and got them their perfect home! 🏡

First off, congrats to my client! 🥂

One thing about Mr. Tolston is that he does what he says he’s going to do! A few months back, Mr. Tolston and I met to discuss his vision for the next chapter of his life. There was no pressure to sale his home in this current moment. However, he did believe it’d free him to experience what he’d been envisioning. So, we put together a game plan to get his home market ready which included; minor cosmetic repairs, identifying a target sale price that fit this current market, and a timeline that worked for him. Once we hit the market we were under contract in five days and received an above listing price offer! Now, here we are twenty-six days later signing to complete the sale. I’m beyond thankful to be used to serve Mr. Tolston in this moment and what is to come for his next chapter. 🙏🏽 🏡
