A Rosé of Pinot Noir named Rosario after my mother. It was meant to be. In 2016 I finally had good quality fruit to make this wine. It is an honor to pay tribute to the woman who gave me life and taught me almost everything. She is the strongest person I know. Her greatness cannot be described in words. I am extremely proud to be her son...

Maraming Salamat Po!

This project at .hotel is been one of the best since I been in this industry. Thank you to everyone from near and far. Family, Friends, Colleagues, Mentors.

I remember a mentor Dr. DK, once said on a conversation, within this statement—-“you haven’t reached the top yet, you will know it, you will feel it, you know your errors, you know your wins, you know you believe in it and you have the talent and passion to achieve it”

#2024 I’m taking pause for the first week of this month, I’ll be ready for those challenges and celebrate all the little wins 🏆 🍾🥂 THE JOURNEY CONTINUES, I’ll see you at the cellar bar on January 10th starting at 4pm.

NOW AVAILABLE wine selections themissoulaflood.com sparkling wine project. 100% Chardonnay from Columbia Gorge ductively charming, mysterious depth.
The Missoula Flood —-Still Waters
The ancient vines of this east-south facing site achieve exquisite ripeness while retaining soaring acidity by way of an extra hour or two of sun during cool breezy mornings. Picking this site in early September (before the year’s devastating fires) enabled us to capture a character reminiscent of the cool, calm movements of the Columbia river below and the serenity of Mt. Hood across the way.

Composition: 100% Chardonnay

Production: 756 bottles.
