I am not making this up. This was my night. In no way, this is a joke. In fact, so you know how real it is, this is the message I didn't send.:
"Just to give some feedback, that was one of the funniest showings I've ever done. 🤣
OMG, someone called the cops because my dog was sleeping in the car while I was inside doing the showing, it's like 62° out man. After sunset! Lol
While we were inside they saw the biggest spider they've ever seen inside of that town house. In the master bedroom.
It was like halfway between a big old wolf spider and a tarantula. BIG Lol. The husband yipped and had to leave the room rapidly with his eyes covered. I swear it was giant! 🤣
Don't worry, I killed it ☠️🪦🕷️
They do like it, but it's all the way all the way at the top of their budget. They're gonna sleep on it.... if they can."
