Life lately
We bought our forever home- The River House š
The past few weeks have been a blur of moving boxes, organizing, and settling in. But in between all the chaos, thereās been- quality time with family and friends, board games, and watching nature from our deck, including all the birds and a little deer family!

I genuinely love Mondays.
Not because Iām obsessed with productivity or have some superhuman work ethic.
Itās because I learned to see them as fresh starts instead of the end of freedom. And that mindset shift has changed how I show up- both personally and professionally.
A few years ago, I was stuck in this cycle of feeling behind, pushing through exhaustion, and convincing myself that stopping meant I wasnāt trying hard enough. (Hey biz owners- does that sound all too familiar?)
Then I learned about The Fresh Start Effect and realized Iād been waiting for permission to reset- permission I couldāve given myself at any moment.
So Iām sharing the strategies that helped me break that cycle. Theyāre simple but not necessarily easy *at first, but theyāve made building this business feel more sustainable and way less overwhelming.
If your day went off the rails, you donāt have to wait until tomorrow to start over. Youāre allowed to take a break, reset, and start again.
