Today we’re kicking off a new series where we introduce the amazing Teaching Assistants who make Code Sinaia 2026 possible.
These are the next generation of young engineers who guide, mentor, and inspire our students every year.
We’re starting with Ștefan Rusu, a long‑time member of our community and one of the driving forces behind this edition.
"Hi! I'm Ștefan Rusu, first‑year student at the Technical University of Cluj‑Napoca, studying Automation and Applied Informatics.
I’ve been passionate about embedded systems and industrial automation for more than three years, during which I’ve had the chance to compete — and win — in several programming and IoT contests.
I’m also the co‑founder of Kairon, an embedded‑tech startup built around creativity and innovation.
I joined the Code Sinaia community in 2022 and became a Teaching Assistant in 2025. Over the past few months, I’ve been working closely with the team to prepare for this year’s edition, and I can’t wait to meet you all!"
